Where can I pick up my orders?

Orders can be picked up at JET Logistics, Nijverheidslaan 1515, 3660 Oudsbergen, Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please check in upon arrival so that your order can be processed correctly.

How can I return or exchange my order, and what are the return policies?

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition and packaging. Fill out the return form on our website and follow the instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in the case of damaged or defective products. For more information, see our policies.

What are the payment and delivery terms for orders placed with Promount?

We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, or other online payment methods as listed at checkout. Delivery will be made within the timeframe specified on your invoice or confirmation. Does your order include profiles? If so, someone must be present to receive the delivery, and there must be enough people on hand to unload the shipment.

What should I do if I have a complaint or a technical issue with a product?
